Begoña Vila

For her brilliant career as an astrophysics researcher that has earned her international recognition and for her work as chief engineer on the James Webb Telescope team. She has been awarded the Exceptional Public Achievement Medal by NASA for her outstanding leadership and achievements. She’s a member of ECUSA-DC that comprehends the Spanish scientific community in the areas of Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
