Jaume Plensa

He is renowned for his large-scale sculptures, although he has also explored other visual and performing arts. With significant international acclaim, cities around the world such as Chicago, New York, Nice, Rio de Janeiro, and Singapore, as well as Madrid and Barcelona, feature his large-format works in public spaces. He has been awarded the Velázquez Prize for Plastic Arts and the National Prize for Plastic Arts.
