Ana José Varela

She is the first Spanish woman to head the finances of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). A graduate in Law and Business Administration from ICADE and an MBA from Columbia Business School, she was one of 25 individuals worldwide selected for the Eisenhower Women’s Leadership Programme in 2015. In 2021, she was named one of the Top 10 Spanish Women Leaders Abroad.
