Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. For being standard-bearers for Spanish gastronomy and projecting their image of quality and excellence all over the world. Their restaurant ‘El Celler de Can Roca’, enjoying enormous international prestige, has three Michelin stars and in 2015 was named best restaurant in the world for the second time by Restaurant magazine. In 2011, Joan Roca received the Grand Prix de l’Art de la Cuisine, which is awarded by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
